Actually this was one of our favorite Oregon Casinos. We did fairly well on the slots. Not sure if we were just lucky or the machines were better than other Oregon Casinos. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Players club seemed better than most. We took the Wife's mother and aunt. Then gave us free play for bringing in new members. Senior Tuesday at the buffet was very reasonable. Not the best buffet we have been to but not bad for the price. Best sugar free deserts we found at any casino. Located in Florence where there were several antique shops, a nice little coin shop, and all the other coastal things to do. We are sure to return.
Nice choice of slots. Like the quick wins in the Thunder room. The Buffet food is poor - I have eaten there 4 times, hoping it will get better but it doesn't. I won't eat there again. The casino atmosphere is great - friendly and fun.
Judging by the dreadfully poor paytables on the few video poker machines they have, the slots are probably just as bad. But, if you just want to be entertained, it's an OK place.
I won 2 royals in one evening, here, which is great, but also indicative that the machines may not be totally random. Took the money and ran.
Definitely the newest slots around. Good atmosphere, good players club rewards! The buffet... well.. its not my thing but my husband enjoys it. You get what you pay for and its not very expensive. The Thunder room is fun, the daily drawings are nice.. pay out..just like the rest.. you didn't really think you were leaving with their money did you? :) I rated the Casino fairly high.. friendly staff, nice and clean, not as smokey as some of the others..better venting I guess.
