After reading several of the Comments from other Players - I'm a bit surprised - although I don't wager as much as some apparently do .. I am quite satisfied w/the Rewards 'Structure' of the Players Club.
I regularly receive coupons for a free Room - I usually manage to use at least 1 a month .. and also Free Plays - although not Large amounts (but, as stated, I don't wager large amounts).
I find the Rooms quite comfortable - only 'blip' I have is that their water is So soft that it's difficult to wash off the Soap!
As to Customer Service - USUALLY people are as nice to You as You are to THEM.
I'm also a Fan of the Senior Breakfast .. I usually 'time' my stays to include at least one of them!!
All things considered - I prefer WinStar to any other Casino I've visited - Vegas, Reno, Shreveport, Tunica, Maine, Indiana, Canada .. et al.

You ought to be ashamed of yourselves knowing that a machine is hitting a little and you disable the machine even though i lose hundreds each time I come there. you dont let let people that really play win a dime SHAME ON SUGARHOUSE
