This has to be the worst casino in the state of Oklahoma. The only way to get machines to hit is to max bet them. Even then after keeping a log of money played in the casino for a 6 month time frame. The machines still don’t pay out. I know they need to make money to stay open but dam people, you must turn machines on some to get people to keep coming back. I just finished my last experiment with a hundred dollars. I put a $20 in 5 different machines and was betting $1 to 1.25 at each machine. Machines never hit any money during this experiment. There for this is the worst casino in Oklahoma.

I am severely disappointed in the ethical handling of a mentally disabled woman with a visibly marked service dog. Came in to get a drink of water on a hot walk and 4 adult men, 3 of which were fully security guard equipped, came up on me as if I was robbing the place. I had permission from previous management to get said drinks during my physical therapy walks so had no clue on change in management. Being compliant and completely polite towards their aggression and excessive use of power I complied with their wording, and yet was still pressed upon. I felt attacked from the start, when 1 security guard politely informing me of change in management and my change in access to said drink would have sufficed perfectly fine, instead felt verbally jumped and energetically attack surrounded as I was over a drink, as if I was a hardened criminal about to rob the place. I feel this was way excessive over a drink, and the fact I clearly had a marked service dog in vest, so publicly stating I had some kind of disability even if not physically seen. And again when I called to address this issue in a calm manner, management still expressed aggression towards me over the phone, stated they did not know I had a disability when I had already stated I had a vested service dog as well. I had politely asked to speak with the owner of the establishment to speak with him on the policies concerning the treatment of citizens within his establishment whether disabled or not, to which I was even denied contact with the owner, but was told I could come in to write an official complaint instead. I am horrified at the way the new management believes is proper protocol in the handling of any citizen, let alone one who is disabled and to deny any acknowledgement of disability with a vested service dog...

There are things called invisible disabilities, to which education of such as been more predominant. I am not worried about the drinks, I can live without them, as well as any future service of possibly being a patron once again, nor would I suggest any of my friends or even strangers who would possibly ask me not to go here due to poor conduct. It's the principle in the matter of how they conduct with the public and treat citizens with abuse of authority and power.

The gaming is sometimes fun until they start playing music that I've heard multiple times at a funeral. It really kills your mojo!! Whoever created their playlist must be seriously depressed!!! JS

If you want a GREAT example of tight slots go here. Additionally if you want to know what it feels like to be violated by a cactus stick a hundred bucks in the dollar machines and give it a go. I have no problem losing money in a casino, I know that's more likely to happen than not when going to gamble. But, these have to be the tightest slots I have ever played....ever. Go to Lucky Star, the slots are much more friendly. At least there you are likely to have a hundred bucks last a few hours. I was cleaned out in 20 minutes and that was betting at just a buck a spin.
