This place is the worst casino i have gone to been there and played a dozen times the place does not ever pay out and the staff are arrogant people and i use people loosely unlike there slots terrible terrible terrible!!!
If i could give this place a zero would do so.
The staff is rude the food is all fried something and the slots are obviously rigged as low if not lower than is legally allowed.I honestly don't know how they get away with it.
When i complained to them on messenger they blocked me from their account.So apparently they can't take the heat either.
I'm not a sore loser.Just don't like being cheated and robbed.
The worst customer service of any casino I have been in. Do not waste your money or time here, there are way to many other casino's in Oklahoma. It is way to cold, they make you move all the time so they can vacuum, and shampoo the carpet, blow cold fans on you, and kick you out while they change the money in the machines. Worst customer service ever!
Its a casino of course,but isnt it supposed to be give AND take once in awhile? With them its take take take.They turn the payouts down so low that you cant even stay in the game awhile.
If you want to save time just walk in hand your money to one of the floor workers then leave.Same difference.
The floor workers act as though they walk on water and the security are smartass jerks.Ive often heard them saying rude things about the customers.
But hey...all the free soda you want as long as you are in there.
