Based on numerous visits over the years
Harness Racing in general is a dying breed. Unless you're a big track like Meadowlands, Woodbine, etc. Purses are small and payouts are bad in general.
This place has gone further and further downhill over the years. Now, Penn Gaming has plans to eventually move it. Hollywood Casino will open in Toledo soon, and they don't want this place in its shadow.
