Number one concern is How is this Dive allowed to use all old Horseshoe Reviews??? Cause all the good reviews are pre Jack??? That should be illegal!! I will tell you I have been going to Horseshoe since it opened in Cleveland in 2012 til May when they left. That my friend is the ultimate experience in Casino Life you will Find none Better!! This place called the Jack is absolutely Horrible!!! I have been going since it opened in May with all there empty promises. There isn't even a book on any comps. Such as trips promised and all this glamorous stuff they promise. I have spent over 100 dollars a day cash here not counting the times I've been there and played a 1000 or even more days I've spent 300-500 playing multiple slots. I have not won much over 100 on 2 or three occasions. I am a k member since the beginning of this escapade with these people who say they are going to better our community!! I would like to start a boycott of this place!! If your reading this and have felt the same things at the Jack downtown Cleveland please Reply and let's get this operation out of our town!! There more abbesses with people trying to scam them all I read about this place is Bad!! I'm there everyday. I here the tone of the underpaid overworked employees I hear all the disgruntled players go in there on any given weekday and you will see the place is Dead. People know When the Gig is up!! If you do manage to win anything there. Please give the slot attendant atleast 5% of your winning as they don't get paid anything other than tips. I will not be returning to the Jack anytime soon unless it's with a group of protestors. Trying to force them out and bringing in some one New!!
