As far as I can tell the place is a good time I'm there everyday since a friend told me to go. The only hitch is at thistledown or the horseshoe you get treated better. I'm a rockstar reward holder and let me tell you that I spent over 500 there last night and I'm only showing 8 or nine points and I had 4 so no good in my opinion. Second, I went today and spent 50 dollars at least I think more like 70 to take part in the spin to win promotion and never came close to being rewarded a spin. There is something wrong with their system and should be adjusted. The staff on the other hand is excellent and are helpful and polite except don't call there and get transferred cause I received a voice message saying they weren't available and leave a message. I mean really? It's close to home but you can't turn your reward credits for cash or free play at the very least so that makes the other two casinos more appealing. I am not a wealthy man but budget recreation money towards gambling and it upsets me to think I'm being rewarded but really I'm getting bs I don't really want . The establishment is beautiful and the staff is excellent but the perks most places give are not there I'm considering cutting up my hall of fame card that who knows how much it cost to win that level player because I feel like they are not interested in keeping the regulars , no matter what they spend too happy.
