I have been to several casinos in south Dakota, Minnesota and north Dakota plenty of times to where I think pkc pays out pretty good. I have won two jackpots and have seen people hit jackpots and really rack up the money on china shores and money blast. While it's true that some of the patrons can be rude, I have met a lot of nice people there. I think any time you're in a rural area it's hard to hire employees who are experienced, simply because the population is too low. Most of the employees are friendly. The casino has free coffee and pop accessible to the public yet I have seen patrons too lazy to get up and serve themselves bother the workers to get them coffee or pop even though they aren't waiters. I also had the experience of having someone take a machine I had been playing but I have also seen people tie up machines by putting up chairs and then leaving. All in all pkc is like any other casino if you gamble understand your gambling and bet accordingly.
