I go to Tioga on average of once a month. The buffet is great and service is very good. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Also, I've won two nice prizes and many times went home with winnings in the hundreds. Tioga is close to home, clean, plenty of parking, good food and an assortment of great entertainment. Horse racing in the Spring is a plus... Also, I've been to many other casinos in NY and PA and never won more than $100. So I do enjoy Tioga and wish them great success with the full license.
