I recently visited Harrah's for the first time after receiving a promotion for two free nights at several hotels. I was greatly disappointed in the overall setup. To start with I was not given the room I reserved. Secondly, in Harrah's you feel trapped without choices on where to eat and separated from the rest of the city. Third, Harrah's is rated as the worst on return in the slots. I am a Total Rewards member and next time I visit one of my choices in hotels it will either be the Showboat, Bally's, or Ceasar's.
