I have a slot bonus ticket which I got by paying the bus fee once. But I did not bring my Id with me. They told me I can come next time and get it.

I came today. But they said if I want to get it I have to pay for their bus again, which I did not.
I think it is reasonable to get this bonus since I already paid it. I am not sure I will go to atlantic city again, so I probably will never get this bonus.
Really nothing more to say about their service. They just really do not care about their customers. very cold attitude.
