The best thing this place has going is the location. It's a great center of the boardwalk spot. Bally's is two junky hotels hodge-podged together to make one just ok hotel. There is a fee to access the indoor pool, and it looks like a time machine took you to 1984 once you get in (think Miami Vice). Bally's tries with decent promotions and the buffet is ok if you get a half off coupon.
