I've stayed here 5 times in the last 3 years. In that time the service has slowly deteriorated. Each time the lines at the front desk have gotten longer as they don't staff enough people at the front desk (although this has been a problem at many other casinos in Las Vegas as well). Also they have what I call an "anti-resort fee". If you forego daily maid service, you get a $10 voucher good in the casino restaurants and stores. Well the last time we called to forego maid service on the first day since we had checked in late and didn't have a chance to really dirty the room. Well even though we only called to forego once, the maids never came during our stay and we got the $10 voucher every day. Calling to complain after the 2nd day didn't help anything. And I finally on the 3rd day had to ask for new towels. Somebody in housekeeping isn't keeping up with the program.

We stay here since they send nice room offers to us on a regular basis and the rooms are nice. They do have some decent pay video poker machines. Too many of the blackjack tables pay the dreaded 6 to 5 and the minimums can seem high, especially compared to the other casinos on Paradise Road. And any hotel with a statue of Elvis out front can't be too bad. Maybe the Las Vegas Hilton has a special place in my heart since it is where this East Coast boy first played single deck blackjack.

We stayed here for a week and would definitely stay again.

The cash accumulated on the players card was very good value for the amount that we played.

Waitress service was a bit slow at times and virtually non-existant in the Space Quest casino.

Ate at the buffet which was good and one of the snack bars near the Sports Book - think it was Vegas Subs.

Our room was very nice.

Pool is a bit small but there were plenty of sunbeds.

We stay at the Hilton when attending conventions and find it convenience. The casino is nice, comps good, however not close to strip for walking. Will need to take taxi or monarail to get to other casinos.

Far north end of the Strip so location is not ideal unless going to a convention, but it has a monorail stop.

I have stayed here >10 times over the last 10 years. They give the best room offers, any day including weekends up to 4 nights. I do better here playing slots than on the Strip.

Last time I went (2/08), I won two jackpots. Rooms are not as nice as the Wynn or Bellagio, but they have been upgraded and are fine (on par with the Mirage).

Room service was good; cafe has decent inexpensive food. Buffet is just average (but fine for free, I get them comped). I hear their steak house is quite good, but I have not tried it.

Employees are friendly & the cocktail service is good in the main casino, just so so in the Space Quest casino. Usually I go as a girl's weekend, but I came here once with my husband & kids. My husband & son enjoyed the Star Trek experience & Quarks restaurant.

Only reason I gave the gaming atmosphere a 4 instead of a five is I don't really care for the casino layout: I prefer one large casino.
