This place has really gone downhill. Once a Circus (literally Circus Circus) sideshow, it's turned into an ugly little clown.
Gone are the days of the free doughnuts, and dollar hotdog. This place is rundown, old, dingy, and dirty. There are much better low limit places on the strip. Try O'Shea's, Casino Royale instead of this clown of a place (pun intended)
