My husband n I stayed at the Rio and I had the worse experience for not using the resort amenities they still charge you $25 plus tax per day, they just want money to take witch ever they can. The restaurant we went to they would give you a dollars discount when you should your players cards and they charged tax so your discount was accually a couple of cents. I SENT AN EMAIL COMPLAINING OF THE CHARGES AND THEY DID NOT CARE AND THEY DID NOT REMOVE CHARGES FROM MY CREDIT CARD. LAUGHLIN TREATS YOU BETTER, THEY ASK IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEIR AMENITIES AND YOU TELL THEM NO THEIR IS NOT CHARGE AND THEY WERE VERY NICE.

UNHAPPY WITH RIO THE WAY I WAS TREATED WHEN I SENT EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Mardi Gras show is gone? Too bad! Rooms are mini suites. I liked the seafood buffet, the lobster is a small slipper lobster tail. I think it has a great casino vibe, but it doesn't have good video poker pay tables. It does have a lot of food and drink choices. The gift show is about average. Seem to keep some interesting shows also.

I haven't actually stayed here, so I can't write anything about the hotel itself, but there are several reasons that I visit here. The Free Show in the Sky, the Seafood Buffet, the Big casino, friendly table game dealers and of course the WSOP all come to mind. Not far from the Strip, catch the free shuttle bus at Harrah's. Lets not forget the Penn and Teller Show!

Food at the Rio Suites Buffet is outstanding. The freshness and variety of food, is unbelievable. The variety of choices at the Mongolian B-B-Q outstanding. The waiter/waitress is unbeatable.

Never stayed here, but spent an evening here playing and drinking. Played in a poker tournament with my brother while our wives went to the Chippendales show.

We were 1-2 so we chopped it. Fair is fair I guess.

The slots are okay and the VP is decent. Poor pay tables, but hitting a progressive could change all that.

The Whopper Bar here is wicked. It's like Subway, because they ask what you want on it. And, they also sell beer at this one. Apparently it is only one of 3 or 4 in America that sell beer... Love this BK...
