Hotel is only a little ways off the Strip on Sahara Avenue. The casino is part of Station Casinos which has casinos all over Las Vegas. $5 blackjack that actually pays 3:2. Everyone was nice and cheerful. And a cheap breakfast buffet with your players card that was okay for the price. Would definitely return.

On my last trip I spent about 4 and half hours here mainly playing video poker. They have good pay tables and the other players were friendly. At first the drink service was poor, but once I was served it was excellent. Not sure why? It has a nice casino atmosphere. I did not eat here but all the forums and blogs say the buffet is good and a great value. It is a little out of the way, but with the atmosphere, pay tables, variety of games and reasonable food. I plan on spending more time here and hope to stay here in the future.

Palace Station is my favorite Vegas casino. I always have a great time there. They are located close to everything, have good promotions and are always helpful. We always drop by and say hi to Fair at the players club, she has been there for years and knows how to treat customers. We have been to the Buffet, the Italian restaurant, late night and early morning and the food is always good at a good price. I know they have a resort fee, but so do most of the properties in Vegas. We appreciate being able to use the pool and gym in the morning and will pay the fee for that opportunity. Some places have a resort fee and no amenities which stinks.

We like playing at the Palace Station Casino. It has a big casino with a lot of slot machines that we like to play. We ate in the Mexican restaurant there and liked the food. We also ate at the buffet using 2 for 1 coupons that they had mailed to us.

The surprise $15 per night resort fee really stinks. I recommend spending your money on reputable establishments.
