We really enjoy the Orleans' experience from the rooms, restaurants, entertainment and gambling. Weekday rooms are a bargain compared to comparable properties located on or off Strip. Rooms are larger than average, same with the bathrooms. The pool area is nicer than other locals properties though inferior to the those at the mega properties. Spa services are fairly priced. Entertainment options abound including 2 lounges, a movie complex, bowling alley, and showroom.



The video poker inventory has been greatly enhanced by the addition of 20 machines offering FPVP at the 25c and 50c levels. Comps or cashback are earned at the of 0.30% and Boyd seems to be sending more marketing offers since assuming control.



One concern is the future of the free shuttle to the Barbary Coast which has been sold to Harrahs.
