Elevators creepy on the angle. video poker tables not so good. Drink service seemed very good. Great variety in food choices. I thought the breakfast buffet was good.
Tender is an excellent steak house. Employees friendly. Wi Fi bad.

Pretty decent rooms could use some renovation but still ok. some decent video poker but at least above $1 level. So, so buffet. Some good fast food joints. Easy access to surrounding casinos.

was there four days, never saw a light go off on any slot, dealers at table games act like they did not want to be there. Dropped $2,000 in four days, on our last night there, went to the buffet to try and get a comped meal, instead was told I could get 1.00 off price of meal and my wife could get 70 cents off, wow, great comps---I felt like I had no chance to win, slots or table games, coupled with the tremendous comps they have, i would recommend shying away from this place,i wont be back

the food is reasonably priced. i signed up for a return visit via checking out grandview. if this is terrible somebody tell me. the casino was alive with lots of machines and a good amount of tables. i thought i even saw some 8/5 bonus poker, but i have not seen it on the sites that record this stuff. all in all a pretty cool place except like the last reviewer said resort fees.

Luxor Las Vegas Review (Sept. 2011): Hotel/Casino located near South end of the Las Vegas Strip nestled in between the Mandalay Bay and Excalibur hotels. Parking/Transportation: Didn't use their parking garage as we didn't have a rental. It's very easy to get around the neighboring two casinos, i.e. Mandalay Bay and Excalibur Hotels via their free tram system. If you want to continue on to the rest of the strip Northbound, you have to get off the tram at Excalibur and transfer to the Monorail, which you can hop on at the adjacent MGM Grand casino station. Gaming: I didn't see too many Blackjack $.25 machines, wish they had more of those. Drink service was ok, but could've been more timelier when we were playing Caveman Keno. The more video poker machines the better. Restaurants: Pyramid Cafe was ok. We took our meal to go. Had the ribs which were decent. There are two Starbucks inside the Luxor. One of them gets real busy, had a line halfway down the hall, the other end doesn't get as busy. Love their chocolate croissants... Rooms: We stayed at the Celebrity Spa Suite and received a real good discount on the jacuzzi suite. Well worth it, even though we got stuck with paying their rip off Resort fee charges. MGM - We do NOT want to pay Resort fees! Do I have to say it again? I will avoid staying at any MGM resort hotels as long as you charge these Resort fees. Harrah's doesn't charge any Resort fees, guess I will be staying with them more often in Vegas, oh well.
