Stayed there this past summer of 09 and got a room with a definite mold problem in the family tower. We were given another room that was again sub-standard. Maybe it was just the family tower but having stayed at many other Harrah's properties (and being a diamond level card carrier,) this was at best poorly kept! To Harrah's credit the staff did understand and tried to accommodate us but was far from able to make things right.
