I stayed at the eureka in mesquite nevada on january 18th 2007. When I first got there I got my new players card and they gave me a funbook which was great, but after that everything was downhill.
About 70 percent of the vp and slots were old versions. I stayed on the same vp machine for 2 hours and got asked by a cocktail waitress twice for a drink.
It wasnt very busy in the casino and when i went to eat I got the $8.88 steak special which was more fat than meat and the waitress did not have a personality to speak of. She didnt acknowledge me when I said thank you to her or thank you when she left the check. All in all, it was pretty sad.
I travel alot and like to stay at a casino if there is one available in the city I'm working in, but the eureka will not be one of them.
