Thank you for your reply.  First of all I am a platinum player & have spent a lot of money to become one.  It was because of the perks offered to us, 2 buffets & free play money.  These perks have all been taken away, so we are now penalized.  However, some of the silver & gold players get more free money & buffets than we do. I still come in as ALL of your employees make you feel welcome & glad to see you come in.  It looks like you would loosen up the slots a little & give a few freebies to get your clientele back.  Usually we always played before or after our "free" buffet.  Actually it was not Free, but it drew us in.  Your casino will have fewer people coming in if you don't loosen your belts.  It was a fun place to come & you always know you are not going to get rich, but a fun experience though.  A casino is suppose to be "old people's playground"!!!!!
