You don't know rude til you've played table games at this casino...I've played at maybe 80 different casinos across the us and abroad and have never experienced the rudeness that I have from the pit at this casino...Mark my words , it'll be the next to go out of business.

I was staying at Sams and doing fine, my friend stayed at Resorts. I went over there to play with him and on the first hand of blackjack I was accused of bending the cards by the pit boss. He caused quite the scene and embarrassed me and my friends. Needless to say, I quit playing, cashed out and left on my own. There are plenty of other friendly and fun places besides those bastards.

worst experience ever in fine dining restaurant. drop a dollar on the buffet and be treated well. pop a couple hundred for dinner and get treated like dirt. our excuse was the Hostess was over worked and on short staff. that would explain slower service not the chip on the shoulder attitude by staff. go eat at the Fitz or at the Hollywood right next door, you will not be disappointed. management couldn't care less as well. I was trying to find a way to give this a zero rating FYI

Have played here before. Stayed here for the first time last weekend. I was pleasantly suprised by how nice the rooms were. Definitley nicer than the Fitz. About the same as Hollywood. The room had a refrigerator and a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. I would stay there again. The check-in, check-out were fast with minimal lines.

My wife and I mainly play blackjack and video poker. We could not find a video poker machine with good odds, so we did not play here.

Blackjack table offers $10 double deck. $5 21+3 with a 6 deck shoe. There were 1-2 tables of each open Friday night and Saturday morning. The dealers were friendly and helpful. The drink service at the tables was good.

We got a comp buffet, but did not have the chance to try it.

The cashiers and player's club staff were courteous and attentive.

All-in-all, a nice casino and hotel. A little above average for Tunica with reasonable limits on the table games.
