I was playing slots (by playing I mean just donating) when all of the sudden security and Biloxi police slammed a black man to the ground. A few minutes later there was a crowd watching. Come to find out that he had his shoes off at a machine and disagreed with Barney Fife security about it. It escalated from there to his being slammed to the ground and escorted to jail. The crowd was dumbfounded. I told a black female manager that that was uncalled for and that I would quit coming to the up casino in Biloxi because of it and her stupid dumbass illerate response was “That’s ok, we will just replace you”. Stupid bitch. Shame that’s how they treat their emerald players. The only possible way that this place has a 4 star rating is if they are doing the rating themselves. Gambler beware. Choose one of the many other casinos to have your fun. I won’t return
Wow, we were very disappointed with this place. The gambling was horrible. Never saw a handpay. I did win $2,000 after sinking $1800. We reserved a suite, they had 3 month expired orange juice. Zero serviceability from staff. Excuses, excuses, excuses! Food was greasier than I’ve eaten in any place. Be wary if you decide to drop coin in.
Great buffets with outstanding service - crab and prime rib with many other choices for dinner. Six craps tables with the best dealers I've seen, about 40 blackjack, poker, etc. tables. Very friendly and helpful employees throughout. Great experience!
Entertainment at it's best, can be found in the Chill Lounge, located in the lobby entrance of the IP Casino Resort & Spa. This cool venue opens around 5:00p.m. with Happy Hour. Blends into live music around 9:00 p.m. Make sure you put this Hot Spot on your Summer Vacation List. Great place for travel groups including wedding parties, business conventions or just your simple one spot get away. Yellow Cab Taxi offers the best and safest way to Casino Hop, if you decide to do the "Club Thing" for the evening along the breeze way of the Gulf Coast. IP has added many new Slot's along with relocation of the High Roller Table Games to the Cove area, on the second floor. Drinks continue to flow in the gaming area with employee new look in the cocktail department. At the entrance of the first floor, they have extended the table games to the "Torch Bar Area" with sit down games along the bar. Special promos are offered daily.
Perhaps the best thing to have, in this day and age, is "The Job" to some. IP Casino Resort & Spa staff, has gone over and above, to blend with Boyd Gaming Rules. With Steven Morgan, in the Food & Beverage Department, employees continue to treat every guest, with ongoing service, for that return guest action. This mix has been very different! The staff cares. Many years of happiness will come, when the team acts as one. For Amazing Food and Service. The place to be, is the IP!!~~Cherie Munster, New Orleans, Louisiana
