I have visited this casino several nights monthly since it opened over 16 years ago, I have never been anywhere that had the family-[like service as you get at the Hollywood. Doesn't take but a few trips and everyone starts calling you by name, including the maids emptying ashtrays in the casino. Most go out of the way to speak. The buffet is on line with most other casino buffets. Everything isn't always great, but I've never been that I couldn't find ample good food. You are going as a tester of food, as if you were home you wouldn't have 10 meats on your menu. If you go to eat at prime times, the food will be fresher than if you go at 1 A.M. Sounds like to me those complaining just like to complain. I've never seen bums occupying bar stools day and night. You play, or you pay. And if you sip on 1 bottle a beer every 2 hours, you are asked to let players have your seat. If you have to wait 30 minutes to get paid of on a $5000 jackpot, my God, be happy! It just shows they are busy paying others off as well. You cannot go wrong at this casino. If you have a problem and management doesn't work it out to your satisfaction, you are not at the Hollywood in Tunica,
