My family came over here to spend the night. The security guards here are horrible. They are just plain rude. To be specific, this big security guard with a tattoo on his forearm asked my two siblings that they cant go eat unless they are 18. The sibling called the front desk and asked them how old the guardian has to be, they said 18. The siblings and I met up and we were about to go attempt to eat again but then they stopped and said that me, the uncle, still cant take them and need their parents but the parents were not there. Kids are hungry and they still wont allow unless there is a parent. No other casino does this. They smiled and started giggling at us because we couldn't couldn't go through. So I left and went to go get food for them while they waited on chairs in the lobby. While they were waiting , they went to go get coffee at a legal spot where you don't have to be 18. On the way back, they were stopped by the same security guard and he said that they cant go down anymore, that if they go down, they will make the 16 and 17 year old leave PERMANENTLY. REALLY? we pay for the room and you threaten to make us leave permanently in a legal area? I have been to many casinos and this one is the one with the most rude securities. The security guard then old them that they will ESCORT them to the room, humiliating them in front of everybody for no reason. While being escorted back to the room the security guard's buddy smiled at them, being rude. Absolute worst casino. Not recommended and the guards need to be more mature and stop being little kids .

If you were dealing just with the officer and NOT the supervisor or manager; then it is your own fault! I had a similar encounter with an officer but a totally different result. I was explained the policy and what I and my family could and couldn't do. Dealing with the appropriate people for this situation and having an open mind made all the difference.
