I have seen people put in over $2,000 in penny machines and never get any paybacks at all, not even free spins. The same machines paid out well 3 yrs ago and now the casino has them set not to pay out hardly at all. Some how someone in government needs to make them pay out , or shut them down!

You are SO right. I've never been in a casino where you get zero playback money.
This was the first time. I'm sure if they were not Indian they would have been shut down long ago.
