Horrible Service!! Was given a free room voucher in my monthly players club flyer. I made reservations 3 weeks in advance. I notified them that I would be a late check in, they blew it off as if it was not a big deal.. I arrived at the casino in St. Ignace around 12 a.m. to check in.. I could tell by the look of the front desk clerk that there was going to be something wrong. I was right She said she gave my room away at 4 P.M. I was furious, driving over an hour to get there to have to turn around and go back home.. On my way home I called to speak to a manager. He proceeded to tell me while cutting me off several times that the card they had on file was declined? what really? and that they gave my room away at 11 P.M. ok so now its 11 instead of 4!!! Someone dont have their story strait... Needless to say they wasted my time my money to get there. Did not bother to call me to tell me that they were going to charge my card "Free room". I knew there would be taxes and other fees.. But seriously I was planning on spending money at their casino and to have a good time.. prob would have paid for the room but they just LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD!! Would not even do anything for me.. Just thought I would share my experience with everyone.. I use to go there all the time, never stayed the night though..
