Recently went to this place when vacationing in St. Ignace a few days ago. This facility was horribly managed. Food in buffet was awful, had only one gentleman working both the cashier line and trying to seat people, crowds in both lines getting agitated. Self service drink machine near restrooms was "out of order" and I was told it had been that way for weeks. Did not get the slightest return from the slots, lost $150 in no time at all. Waited 25 minutes for a shuttle back to our hotel despite assurances 22 minutes ago that it "should be here at any time now" and shuttle was cramped and uncomfortable, very difficult for a person with arthritis to get in and out of. Before this new facility was built and this casino operated out of a small house like structure years ago, slots were loose and a much better atmosphere all around although it was not fancy. This facility also seemed smaller than the previous one. This place appears to suffer from very poor management and a "take it or leave it" attitude. If it were mid winter maybe I could understand but this is mid tourist season in that area.
