The newly remodeled hotel is awesome; clean and beautiful, with graffiti/street art by the elevators and super comfortable beds. Customer service borders on rude. Food is good. Great location. Nice free play from player's club, but they advertise a deal if you buy chips at the table and that technology wasn't working when I visited.

Very poor experience. I was kicked out of Greektown because i wasnt playing slots. We were approached very unprofessionally. While being escorted out, one of the lovely young security guards began to flirt with one of the guys we were with. Highly unprofessional. I have never been kicked out of greektown before for lounging and having a good time. Either they have changed the rules or we were truly picked on. On top of that it was a Sunday. I have no desire to visit greektown again. So disappointed. If you plan on going to have a drink and mingle for more than an hour, try somewhere else other than greektown.

They charged $10 to use their parking and then said playing in the Poker tournament did NOT count and would not validate parking. I will NOT return.
