I have a complaint. I am local, and have visited most of the casinos in Shreveport/Bossier. I have no intention of returning to Margaritaville. On arrival, we asked where the service desk was to get membership cards, and were told to stand right where we were until someone could come help us. She came, took our info, disappeared and left us standing there for another 10 minutes, to return with our cards. The casino seemed clean and spacious, with lots of slots, however, I play craps, and didn't stay long. They only had one table open and it was full. At the entrance is a new electronic crap machine that seats 8 people, as I remember, so I went back to that. The machine lists a minimum bid of $1, and a maximum bid of $500. I attempted several times to increase my bids on the Don't Pass Line, to $50, and $100, but it refused to accept my bids....without telling you, it limits that bid to $25. Be very careful because if you accidentally brush the touchscreen, it will place bids wherever you've touched. Good luck in removing that bid! I also experienced difficulty in removing my Don't Pass bid, which is permissible on a regular table. With my manner of play, the machine ripped me off, and lied on its bidding guidelines. Don't believe me? Read the bidding min/max guidelines on the screen and then try to put more than $25 on Don't Pass. I hate liars and thieves. Sorry, Jimmy, but I'll do my gaming at Sams Town, from now on, on a regular, uncrowded table, and where I'm occasionally asked if I'd care for something to drink. I'll also take all of my slot playing friends with me! You can't have your membership card back because I threw it away. You owe me $20, too.
