I come to NOLA at least once a year and play at Harrah's. I own a timeshare here for the last twenty years I been coming to Harrah's ever since they opened in New Orleans My plan to play at Harrah's has been to gamble 3K BUT since you CAN'T smoke y'all saved me this money. I stood outside of Harrah's and counted 33 people smoking Average time smoking was 10 - 15 minutes How do y'all make up for that time lost gambling??
