What a horrible place. Casino and hotel very run down. Staff very unpleasant, unhelpful and rude. We checked-in, went up to our room which was dirty, bed was hard and squeaked. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet was filthy. We proceeded back down stairs and checked out. Walking through the casino noticed very low ceilings, old decor and a general stench of smoke. Its very apparent that any profits and not going towards maintaining the casino. We left and checked into Harrahs. Will never go back to that dump they call the Riverside.
