Casino took on such a large renovation that they had to turn the machines back from the payouts being in 96 to 98 % range back to 75 to 80% range. The renovatio costs 111 million dollars and not enough gamblers attending to pay the monthly note. They also went from 3 reel slots to 5 reel slots which means the odds are even more with the casino adding two more reels to line up. I don't know of any slot manufacturers that make a slot chip that only pays 75% to 80%. The lowest I have ever heard of is 83%.
