What happened Meskwaki? You went from the best casino in Iowa to the worst.
Your slots are tighter than ever, your casino needs a good cleaning. The food
isn’t as good, and you give nothing away.
I live in Blackhawk County and have gone there for the last 10 years,
but will save my time and money for Dubuque and the Isle. You ought to downsize
and go back to the way you used to be.
Your customers made you what you are, treat us better and take some pride
again. Let the Vegas people come back. They knew what they were doing, get rid
of Mr. Bear. Everyone I know feels the same way. I like to at least have fun for
my money, but don't go there anymore. I wont ever go back.

The casino used to be a good place to go. Within the last few years it has gone downhill,FAST. The food is good but the waiting for a table is real bad. You stand in line forever. The managers should step back and take a look at what their people are doing and not doing and start to get some good help in there. As far as the gambling goes, it could be better. They need to get some new machines in there and stop trying to fill their own pockets. Pay the people more prizes. They made you what you are. Keep them coming back.

Casino fails to publish payouts as they seem to be around the 70% range which would rate them the lowest in the state. Last time I was there the slot tech told me only 3% of the players actually win. Again only 1% paid on club card. Dont expect to play long with these odds.
