This casino has the worst security staff I've ever come in contact with. They remove from the premises when you call them out on something that is not written policy. In July 2016 I found a wallet on top of the ATM. I look in the wallet for identification, thinking perhaps the person was close by and I could just hand it to them. Since there was no ID, I took the wallet to the rewards desk. About one hour or so later,at least 5 security guards surround me at the roulette table while I had bets placed. One of them began to tell me that the casino has cameras all over, which I am keenly aware. I asked why I'm being pulled from the floor. They proceed to walk me to an interrogation room in the lower level of the boat. Meanwhile I'm asking, why? I was asked to have a seat and told once again about the cameras. I was then told they I had been viewed removing the wallet from the ATM. I immediately asked them to review the whole tape. If they saw me pick it up, that was not the end of the video. They should have seen me put it down. It was the one of the most embarrassing moments I'd experienced. They verified that the wallet was at the desk and offered no apologies. I stormed out of the room and called them exactly what they are, a bunch of clowns in uniforms. Most recently I was sitting at a table just outside of Jackpot Java. Bare in mind, there is no written policy nor signage that indicates the area is exclusive to those who purchase food. A security guard, Mario walks up and says he has been instructed to remove me from the area. I asked to speak with his supervisor because, since there are no signsurprises or policy, he was harassing me. His supervisor comes over and repeats the lines. I asked to see the written policy, sinage, and asked how long it has been in existence since I normally sit there when I'm clearing my head from the roulette table. I often see people sleeping at the slots, holding slot machines with ash trays and no money in the slot, patrons are begging, standing round jackpot winners, etc. All I was doing was sitting at a table designed for sitting. This resulted in me being remove from the facility for trespassing. Security uses the term "trespassing" too losely. I did not violate any reason for being asked to leave. I was not intoxicated, did not use vulgar language, did not threaten anyone, was not stealing or tampering. I was simply sitting at a table in a seating area. The casino needs new security personnel otherwise that entire boat will end up sinking (figuratively speaking).
