This is the biggest JOKE for a "casino" or racino in the State of Indiana. They cater only to the high end players. They have old, outdated machines, you have to dig DEEP to even think about breaking even. Their kiosks work less than half the time, their self serve drink machines are always out of ice, it's FREEZING in there, and they truly don't care about what you complain about, they just don't care.
This is "penny machine" mentality. Their quarter machines, .50 cent machines, and dollar machines STINK .. you don't stand a chance here. And yes, I've been going since the "tent" opened. At least there you had half a chance.
They "Pay" for your "VOTE" best casino in Indiana.
It isn't and never will be. I hope they're sold to someone who knows how to run a decent casino and who are fair to their players.
Just say "NO" to Indiana "Grand" Casino.

I Lost 500 Sunday on Mothers day,they don't let u win on any of their games they only give me 13 slot play I use to get 50 they wont let the games give u the bonus and when it does it only a couple of dollars please dont go to Indiana Grand they are a rip OFF!
