The hotel is very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the entire staff, front desk, players club desk and house staff were all extremely nice and friendly.
I played the $10 blackjack table. The dealers were knowledgeable and friendly, even when they were picking my pockets.
The pit bosses were also very nice and accommodating, working thru a few card mishandling issues with out making it a big deal.
I had dinner at Ruthie's, the high end steak restaurant. The food was very, very good. The wait staff and hostesses were very friendly and efficient.
I had breakfast at 22 and Vine same review, good food and very good service.
I will find a way to incorporate this casino in any future trips to southern Illinois, or any road trips passing by.
