I moved to Tampa in 2010. Ive gone to the Hard Rock casino once, twice a month on average, skipping a month here or there.I have visited 60 to 80 times approximate in the last 3 years. I started regularly bringing $100 for blackjack and $100 for the slots and that was my limit. In 2010-2011 it seemed like I always braking even(never won more than $200).. 2012 Sucked I kept trying to chase my losses by gambling more money! Jan & Feb 2013 were my eye opener! I quit! Not only Have I not won in over 6 months, neither on the blackjack tables or slot machines. but the FACT is that all the reviews on here are true! Fact is not only have I never won. I have never seen anyone win at the hard rock casino in tampa! a $10 dollar food coupon for their $30 buffet meal is not worth anything.
the Tuesday car give away. the Wednesday vacation prize give away. scams.look up the rules and really analyze what are the chance or what it is you have to do to actually win one those things! yeah you have a greater chance of winning the powerball 3 times in your lifetime then winning a car at the hard rock casino!
Over all, In the last 12 months i have easy lost $5,000. Hitting a $500 jackpot after losing $5000 IS NOT WINING. It is my fault and my fault only I am responsible for my actions. I have gave away/donated/lost/wasted so much money at the hard rock. But knowing what I know now I quit Chasing lost money.

I wonder if the Executives read these reviews! We all get so tired of donating to our local casino that has a monopoly when there is no place else close. The tightest machines I have ever played. How can you spend a thousand dollars in one machine and never hit anything that even brings you close to what you spend. Been going there off and on for almost 4 years and it just keeps getting worse.
