Management has now made a decision that no motor homes are allowed on the property. When asked where I should park, they said they didn't care as long as it was not on their property. So, I just saved my money fro my 10 day trip to Las Vegas in Feb. I imagine their attitude will change when real casinos are allowed in Florida, something the state is considering.

I do not own an RV,and caqn understand their corporate strategy for this decision. But I think they could designate a certain, not so visible, section of the parking lot for RVs. As far as the rudeness of the employee, I would have gotten his information and sent something to corporate. You shouldn't be in customer service, if you don't care about people.
