Craps dealers during day are in trouble, they have a few great dealers BUT have dealers that have been there a number of years and STILL cannot pay out correct bets and slow a good rhythm down with stupid mistakes. Slot machines are very tight. Customers service is the best part. They need qualified dealers at the craps table for me to return.

Only played for an hour on three hundred. Slots are old and tired. Three floors of nothing. Don"t bother with the buffet. It's terrible. Snack bar is ok. There is a long walk to get to the boat so if your legs are not in good shape you have to call security to get a ride. There is no smoking in the hotels in Wisconsin so if you smoke you need to make your own arrangements in Iowa. There is a non smoking area but the anti smokers go in and gripe at you if you are smoking. Just an overall bad customer service place. Will not be back there for a while. They say they are affiliated with the Isle of Capri but their points and comps do not transfer. Just a real bad casino and entertainment place.
