Located in historic Downtown Las Vegas. The hospitality of the Hawaiian Islands will flower during your visit to the California Hotel Casino. We like to say "Aloha" is spoken fluently here, and our guests enjoy many Hawaiian touches, ranging from dining delicacies such as oxtail soup to the colorful decor reminiscent of the islands' lush, tropical beauty.

Get your game on at the Cal. There are plenty of ways to play with live-action gaming, more than 1,000 video and reel machines, 28 table games and a satellite-fed Sports Book. And if you’re a craps enthusiast, you can try your luck on the same tables where Stanley Fujitake once held the dice for a world-record 3 hours, six minutes – and launched the Cal’s world-famous “Golden Arm” club.

Its 779 modern rooms were renovated in 2017 and have gray-toned contemporary interiors. The hotel’s casino has also been renovated to include table games, a sports book, and coin-operated slot machines (a rarity in Vegas these days).

With a variety of unique dining experiences, the California Hotel and Casino offers something to satisfy every appetite!

The Redwood Steakhouse is a fine dining experience not to be missed. Their menu offers a wide range of steaks, fresh seafood, and chops. The amazing side dishes are large enough to share and you'll want to sample each one! With delicious dishes, tempting desserts, and a warm atmosphere.

The California Noodle House is a delight to enjoy. The menu highlights a collection of delectable dishes from the kitchens of Asia. The distinctive space features an open kitchen design where you can watch your food being prepared by their expertly trained chefs. Open seven days a week for dinner, be sure to visit California Noodle House today.

Market Street Cafe offers all your American favorites with a touch of island flair. Market Street Cafe is open every day serving a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items that are sure to satisfy everyone's appetite!

Love the decor and furnishings. Upstairs coin in machines can be fun. Good video poker pay tables. Lots of slot variety. Buffet bad. Restuarants have variety in food and quality. Great Hawaain cousine. Nice bright rooms.

The Video Poker player will like this place, good paytables and cocktail service. I like the decor. Very disapointed in the breakfast buffet and the service. Rooms are small and desk service is not the best. My youngest son enjoyed the coin machine upstairs from the casino floor.

Great old time decor. Excellent pay tables for video poker and they still have some coin machines upstairs. I enjoy being around the happy and polite people from Hawaii. The breakfast buffet is one of the worst. Go with the culture when it comes to food.

The only good thing here is the video poker with some full pay and progressives. The management of front desk and housekeeping is the worst I've seen anywhere, when I stayed there last summer. Security was very friendly and tried to compensate for the managements deficiency. There is no concern for customer service. The worst run Boyd property.
