Worst gaming experience I have had. James was terrible. No personality and ridiculous. Rick, pit boss, rude. Definitely lost this visitor. Nice hotel and good food will not make up for bad treatment on gaming floor. Go somewhere else San Diego. We have choices. Don't put up piss poor service! Oh can I say piss...Rick? Probably not!
