We arrived at 3 and had to wait 2 hours for our room. The cards to room wouldn't work. Robes were wet. The phone wouldn't call the front desk. The dinner buffet was terrible. Slots were super tight. Our air conditioner fan wouldn't work in our room till we fixed it. Unfortunately we had a terrible stay and will not be going back. One thing for sure the breakfast buffet was good.
