What a joke this place is. THEY ADVERTISED FREE PRESSURE COOKER MY HUSBAND AND I STOOD IN LINE FOR 1 1/2 HOURS. THEN WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO RSVP. WELL NEVER HAVE I HAD TO RSVP UNLESS I WANT A ROOM . SO I WENT TO PLAYERS CLUB AND THE LARGE BALD WHITE MAN JUST LAUGHED. REFUSED TO TELL ME WHO THE MANAGER WAS. WENT TO THE FRONT DESK. SHE JUST LAUGHED AND SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW WH THE GM WAS. IN THE MEANTIME A COUPLE HUNDRED GAMBLERS WALKED OUT WHO WERE TOLD THE SAME. I FINALLY SPOKE TO THE EVENTS MANAGER, WHO BY THE WAY HAD NO IDEA WHO THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS AND SHE LAUGHED TOO. GOING TO CALL GAMING COMMISSION ABOUT THEIR FALSSE ADVERTISING SO THEY CAN GET PEOPLE IN THERE. QUECHAN AND PARADISE ARE OWNED BY SAME PEOPLE SO I WILL NOT GO BACK TO EITHER.
