This place is a rip off and the people who can tell you the proof that the machine is broken work for the casino so of course you’re not gonna get a fair answer. When I complained, they kick me out of the casino for life. These people are terrible and they don’t respond to phone calls. I tried to get half my money back on a broken machine that I was playing and they banned me for life.
