We went to show my friend new to Arizona a fun place to go let loose a little and gamble. I've been to wild horse pass before and there has always been a few staff members who go beyond the call of duty and very friendly and then you have the staff who either hate their job or hate their life or they just hate you. I am ashamed to have taken my friend there. They advertise free play for new members to players club of $25 of free play. They do not give you $25 of free play at all. The commercial on tv says wild horse pass vi queva and lone butte casinos new members to players club offer of $25 free play for first time players. Well, my friend is new and they gave $10 of free play to him. I asked the lady about the offer on tv for new players of $25 and she told us you get $10 of free play then come back up we give you $10 more. Then you give us your email address and we may pick you to give $5 through the mail. I was so confused about what they were doing. And I felt bad for my friend who did not get what he was supposed to get. He spent a lot of money and went back up for his other $10 of free play and they told him "no." We only give you $10 of free play after you get 10 points on your players club card. Well, all the money he spent gave him 4 points. They must have problems with faulty cards or something $65 should have been 6 points and then I tried his card to see if we should go back up and ask about the points and card. I spent $65 on his card still no points showed up. We went back up and the supervisor that finally came to talk to us was flat out the rudest person I've ever seen. She made us feel little and she obviously hates whites because she was very rude to us but when other natives came and asked questions she was very nice to them and we weren't rude like they were. We love to gamble and spend money no problem but don't treat us like trash for asking you to stand by your advertising. Very very disappointed in wild horse and the staff very very sad. I used to love this casino and now I will never refer any friends or even a stranger to this casino.
