Customer service is very rude.  Player services  means nothing because they do not give free play  like other casinos.  Also the hotel got a terrible writing because...how would I know if it is nice or not; it is way over-priced for the rooms and they never comp rooms if you live in a state, that is.

RV's are parked in a gravel lot far away from the casino. They promised a shuttle but it never showed. Zero Security and didn't feel safe. RV lot is next to Jackson St and we had youths coming up to our RV during the day so we did not stay there overnight.
