It's a casino! People love to bitch about everything compared to perfect! LOL! However, Potawatomi Casino does a great job on many levels! Especially the new second floor, nicer or just as nice as anywhere in the world! Sure we all want to win, but stay home if you just want to count your money and be safe. A little adventure, a little chance to lose it, or win more than you walked in with, then go to the casino. Know your limits as they say, so only spend what you intend to lose, and for God's sake, if you make a little, don't put it all back in, chase it a little maybe, but don't be a sucker. And don't return the next day and put it all back in, LOL! Take any little profit and spend it on your list of things you want or need. Gamble excited and happy to be there, never desperate or gambling it all, if you can help it. Potawatomi is one of the cleanest casinos I have ever seen, always staff that are nice and willing to help, a great Club 1833 for those of us who have spent enough to get in, LOL!, mostly smoke free except for one area, and one of the best lit parking lots in all of Wisconsin! I have been going there for many years, since it opened, and it is an asset to Milwaukee and Wisconsin! Sure, it is not as gaudy and opulent as Vegas with huge spaces you have to traverse to get anywhere, but a surprisingly well done environment that keeps your interest, pleasant and interesting, an asset to Milwaukee and to Wisconsin. The slots are abysmal. Anyone that has gone to Poto and then Madison, Black Rivers, Rivers, or any of the Casinos in Indiana knows something just isn’t right here. Bonuses are almost impossible, and when you do get one expect the lowest amount. Want a winning bet, bet that you’ll get the lowest amount, you’ll win that one! Hand pays? What is a hand pay at Poto? Go to Madison and you’ll see hand-pays constantly. Also, the location is scary and so are some of the people. I used the restroom and was certain there were one of more people getting high. Even if everything were perfect, which it isn’t, one thing I can’t get over is the bug spray smell that lingers everywhere you go. It will punch you in the face as soon as you step foot. They did great by getting rid of smoking, but now have filled the air with whatever the heck that awful smell is. A casino should be fun, sometimes win, sometimes lose. I am an Emerald card holder that have decided to never go back...their loss. Last Sunday I went there at 6:00 AM asked someone (3 people loitering together) very nicely "Are you playing this machine"? (I could clearly see that there were $0.00 on the display) She looked at me...then simply looked away. I asked again, same thing...WOW I mentioned this to one of the Casino workers (as I was instructed to do) and she did nothing about it.... They just lost a nice chunk of "income" from me. My wife and I have been going to this casino three times a month for 10 years. We usually spend around $700 ever time we go and leave broke after about 3 hours later. The slot payouts have been getting worse year after year. We have a lot of experience here and let me tell you they have been getting worse consistently through out the years. We have vowed as a 2018 resolution not to spend our $1500-$2000 month there any longer. Believe me when I say it, this place has gotten really bad on payouts. Keep your money and play Wisconsin lottery scratch offs. You will be money ahead.

I been There twice and I Won money and I been Gambling Most my Life Occasionally! Their Staff was very good in my opinion but the Crowd was Terrible as Hell! Never walked around a Casino or playing slots and heard more Mumbling Insults in my Life! While playing Slots and hitting , winnings I heard more shit coming out of peoples mouths then ever. Anything from Name calling, Racial insults, just disrespectful as Hell. When I got up and start walking around looking at people and waiting for one of them to Talk face to Face I get nothing but stupid looks so when I approached a worker and told him that was he aware it was people just there to pick on folks he actually said yeah and he responded and walked with me for a few minutes and some started to leave asap. But They need better Security or they will have a lot of fights or worst! I won but will Never bow to punk bullies!

For the buffet crab nights are awsome other buffet days I don't care for the food. I have good days most of the time. I win large bonus payouts on slots all the time, 5 or 6 some days.
