Use your Fire Keeper card and you will never win anything. Once a slot machine flashed me that my card was blocked. Have to go to Customer Service to get it unlocked. Of course it did not work anyway do not trust the card. Get few points but use them as soon as possible because you may not have them later.

Potowatomi is smoke-filled and crowded. With no competition for 100 miles this casino offers poor payouts and expensive entertainment. Always packed, loud and smoke-filled. If you like lung cancer - gamble here. Lots of rude foul-mouthed old retired public employees here. They expect to be treated like royalty and will tie up multiple machines at one time. We gladly drive 2 hours south or west to smaller casinos and get far better service, food and payouts/comps. Potowatomi is spending $100,000s to keep a casino out of Kenosha. There is a big reason for that.
