Potawatomi is the worst casino I have been to. Ironically when you go to cash out the machine is broken down. The slots are extremely tight. Instead of calling it gambling it should be called donating because they don't let you play. The place is extremely dirty. The reward's card is a joke after Scott walker declined the Kenosha casino they cut all the comps. If your interested in gambling I would advise going somewhere where they appreciate your business which is not Potawatomi.

It's the worst casino I've been to! That casino is not appropriately ventilated for smoke. I had to throw my clothes away because of the smoke smell which won't go away even after washing. I've been to Las Vegas and even though there's smoking it doesn't smell like this!  The place looks dirty and I found out there is a bedbug infestation IN the casino itself, per local news reports. So you may bring those to your home with just one visit, check out Google articles for details. Staff members are not very friendly, especially at the firekeepers booths! In 3 hours I never saw a waitress. Women's bathrooms smelled like pee. Payouts are terrible, Potawatomi, in my opinion has the worst odds of winning out of all the casinos I've been to. I've only gone there approximately 3 times per year and never find improvement in any aspect, in fact it seems worse. I won't go again! Pros - located near downtown, lots of machines and card games.

Cant ever hit. I've lost over i dont even know much, but i know I'm about to start playing bingo and try my luck.

I would not recommend Potawatomi Casino to anyone. I've visited a number of other casinos within a 400 mile radius of Potawatomi and was able to conclude that Potawatomi's slot machines pay out the least. (They have to pay for that newly constructed hotel somehow. It has now been reported that the hotel and casino is infested with bed bugs) Several of the black jack dealers that work there told me that they were speechless as to how the dealers there are able to get so many black jacks or 21's. They said that if it's some kind of magic trick, they weren't informed of how it's pulled off. They admitted that when they're playing on the other side of the table they don't experience such good hands. Although I don't recommend gambling your hard earned money, however, if you want to go to a casino and have some kind of expectation of coming out a winner I would recommend Horseshoe Casino in Hammond Indiana or Rivers in Chicago.

Ate at Locavore Did not know that an omelet could be so awful, will not eat there again. the other places are much better. The omelet was bad, the potatoes were tasteless had no flavor at all, the coffee was cold and we were not offered a refill which we would not have taken anyway because that was bad also.
